研究目的：

探索应用超声内窥镜标记纳米炭混悬液是否能长期有效地标记原发肿瘤区域，辅助术者对肿瘤进行快速、精准地切除。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether the application of ultrasonic endoscope labeled nano carbon suspension can effectively label the primary tumor area for a long time, and assist the surgeon to quickly and accurately remove the tumor.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳米炭标记组的患者取侧卧位，经肛门入路，在超声内镜引导下先寻找到肿物，对直肠及周围淋巴结等进行检查，并利用超声定位至黏膜下层，确定肿瘤的实际侵袭边界，分别于病灶口侧及肛侧距病灶边缘1cm的四个象限各选取1点，用内镜注射针在这四点各注入1ml玻璃酸钠盐水混合液使黏膜抬起，再注射纳米炭混悬液0.1ml，共0.4ml，标记过程结束。 对照组行普通肠镜检查，不做任何染色定位标记。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients in carbon nanoparticles suspension labeling group were placed in the lateral position and examined through the anal route. The tumor was first sought under endoscopic ultrasound guidance, and the rectum where the tumor located and peri-intestinal lymph nodes were explored. Ultrasound was used to locate the submucosa to determine the actual invasive boundary of the tumor. One point was selected in each of the four quadrants at a distance of 1 cm from the edge of oral and anal sides of the tumor respectively. 1 ml of mixture of sodium vitreous and saline was injected with endoscopic injection needle into each of these four points to lift the mucosa, and then followed by 0.1 ml of carbon nanoparticles suspension, for a total of 0.4 ml, the labelling procedure was completed. The control group was examined by ordinary colonoscopy without any positional staining marks. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.出现肝、肺、腹膜远处转移； 2.新辅助放化疗对直肠癌无效，不符合根治性手术指征； 3.因出血、穿孔、梗阻等行急诊手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Distant metastasis of liver, lung and peritoneum occurred; 2. Neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy is ineffective for rectal cancer and does not conform to the indication of radical surgery; 3. Emergency operation due to bleeding, perforation, obstruction, etc.
