研究目的：

利用一系列数字化技术和手段，实现数字化制作的个性化上颌骨赝复体的全部流程，建立上颌骨赝复体全数字化工艺体系。并进行随机交叉对照研究，对所建立的系统进行临床评价。  

Objectives of Study：

Using a series of digital technologies to realize the whole treatment procedure with digital personalized maxillary obturator prosthesis and to establish the fabrication system of maxillary obturator prosthesis. To evaluate the newly established system through a randomized clinical cross-over study.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.上颌牙列缺失患者； 2.处于正畸治疗阶段； 3.对义齿材料过敏者； 4.口腔黏膜病、牙周病、龋病未得到控制者； 5.有严重全身系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with maxillary dentition loss;
2. In orthodontic treatment stage;
3. Patients allergic to denture materials;
4. Oral mucosal disease, periodontal disease and caries were not controlled;
5. Patients with severe systemic diseases.
