研究目的：

采用随机交叉分组方法，评估传统单独STN脑深部电刺激与STN-SNr联合电刺激对帕金森病患者冻结步态症状改善的差异，提高对帕金森病步态症状治疗效果，制定一套新的手术靶点计划及术后程控标准。  

Objectives of Study：

Use randomized cross-over study, to evaluate the differences of traditional STN stimulation and STN-SNr combined stimulation for freezing of gait of Parkinson's disease, improve the treatment effect of gait disorders of Parkinson's disease, and establish a new set of DBS targeting method and postoperative programming protocol.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有金属植入物或因生理心理等原因不能配合完成长时间磁共振扫描者； 2.有手术禁忌症者； 3.在过去三个月内和在研究登记期间参与其他临床试验； 4.患有其他可能混淆治疗效果或数据解释的严重慢性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have metal implants or are unable to complete long-term magnetic resonance scans due to physiological and psychological reasons; 2. Those with surgical Contraindication; 3. Participate in other clinical trials within the past three months and during the study registration period; 4. Suffering from other serious chronic diseases that may confuse treatment effectiveness or data interpretation.
