研究目的：

通过应用rPMS治疗CLBP患者的疼痛、功能、运动恐惧和生活质量方面，对其治疗进行改善并优化rPMS对CLBP患者的管理。  

Objectives of Study：

To improve treatment and optimize management of CLBP patients by applying rPMS to the treatment of pain, function, fear of movement, and quality of life.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肿瘤、炎症性关节炎或感染引起的非机械性腰痛； 2.腰椎神经根病或脊髓病引起的下肢无力； 3.最近6个月有腰椎椎旁肌脂肪浸润； 4.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 5.严重的循环，呼吸系统，神经系统或心脏疾病； 6.严重的骨科疾病，例如，脊柱侧弯伴弯曲性>8mm； 7.有认知障碍，或者无法读写或者理解文字的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non-mechanical low back pain caused by tumor inflammatory arthritis or infection; 2. Lower limb weakness due to lumbar radiculopathy or myelopathy; 3. Lumbar paravertebral muscle fat infiltration in the last 6 months; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Serious circulatory respiratory system, nervous system or heart disease; 6. Severe orthopedic disease, e.g., scoliosis with curvature > 8mm; 7. Patients with cognitive impairment or inability to read, write or understand words.
