研究目的：

研究旨在研究固本调神针刺前后对轻中度抑郁症患者免疫图谱的影响，探讨固本调神针刺的免疫调控作用，为进一步揭示固本调神针治疗轻中度抑郁症的生物学机制提供系统的科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

he aim of the study was to investigate the effects of the immunoprofile of patients with mild-to-moderate depression before and after Guben Tiao Shen acupuncture, to explore the immunomodulatory effects of Guuben Tiao Shen acupuncture, and to provide a systematic scientific basis for further revealing the biological mechanism of Guuben Tiao Shen acupuncture in the treatment of mild-to-moderate depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① HAMD17 评分 > 24 分；
② 有自杀倾向者；
③ 伴有其它急性或慢性炎症性疾病；
④ 既往诊断有自杀倾向、精神分裂症、躁郁症或其他精神障碍类疾病；
⑤ 酗酒或滥用药物者；
④ 6 周内（含 6 周）服用过抗抑郁药物者；
⑤ 妊娠、备孕。

Exclusion criteria：

1. HAMD17 score > 24; 2. Suicidal person; 3. with other acute or chronic inflammatory diseases; 4. previous diagnosis of suicidal ideation, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or other psychiatric disorders; 5. Alcohol or substance abusers; 6. Those who have taken antidepressants within 6 weeks (including 6 weeks); 7. Pregnancy or pregnancy preparation.

针具选取一次性平头针灸针（0.25mm × 25mm）。操作穴位同单纯真针刺组。固定软胶垫底黏贴至穴位皮肤上，使用安慰针直刺穴位，令患者有针刺触感后将安慰针置于假针配套软胶垫塑胶管中。

Intervention：

Disposable flat-tipped acupuncture needles (0.25 mm × 25 mm) were used. The operation points were the same as those of the simple real acupuncture group. The bottom of the fixed soft rubber cushion was adhered to the skin of the acupoints, and the comfort needles were used to stab the acupoints directly, so that the patients had the sensation of needling, and then the comfort needles were placed in the plastic tubes of the soft rubber cushions that accompanied the sham needles.

Blinding：

To reduce the possibility of bias, this study was blinded only to the subjects and to the staff who collected and analyzed the data; subjects were unaware of the type of treatment they received (acupuncture or control), and the data analysts were unaware of the subgroups. Because of the specificity of the acupuncture operation, the acupuncturists who practiced the intervention were not blinded.
