研究目的：

通过观察使用罗沙司他对改善维持性血液透析患者肾性贫血及肌少症的作用，为临床治疗CKD合并肾性贫血及肌少症提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of Roxadustat on improving renal anemia and sarcopenia in maintenance hemodialysis patients and provide basis for clinical treatment of CKD with renal anemia and sarcopenia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

治疗组给予起始剂量罗沙司他（爱瑞卓）：100mg Tiw（45-60kg），120mg（≥60kg），对照组继续使用维持剂量的EPO治疗。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The treatment group is given the initial dose of Roxadustat of 100mg Tiw (45-60kg), 120mg (≥ 60kg). The control group continued to use the maintenance dose of EPO treatment. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重感染； 2. NYHA的III~IV级心衰； 3. 以下任何感染指标阳性：HBVs Ag、抗HCV抗体、HIV、梅毒； 4. 入选前52周内发生心梗或脑卒中； 5. 难以控制的高血压； 6. 恶性肿瘤，除外已经治愈的、缓解>5年或者原位癌； 7. 既往或正患有多发性骨髓瘤，再生障碍性贫血，骨髓增生异常综合征或遗传性造血系统疾病； 8. 具有临床意义的消化道出血； 9. 哺乳或妊娠妇女，近期计划生育的患者； 10. 激素或免疫抑制剂使用； 11. 使用影响肌肉药物或患有影响肌肉力量和关节活动的疾病； 12. 既往外伤或手术导致关节或肌肉活动受限； 13. 计划骨科手术； 14. 任何研究人员认为可能对本研究受试者构成安全风险、可能影响疗效或安全性评估或可能干扰研究参与的医疗状况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe infection; 2. NYHA class III~IV heart failure; 3. Any of the following infection indicators are positive: HBVsAg, anti-HCV antibody, HIV, syphilis; 4. Myocardial infarction or stroke occurred within 52 weeks before enrollment; 5. Uncontrolled high blood pressure; 6. Malignant tumors, except those that have been cured, have been in remission for > 5 years, or carcinoma in situ; 7. Previously or currently suffering from multiple myeloma, aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome or hereditary hematopoietic system diseases; 8. Gastrointestinal bleeding with clinical significance; 9. Breast-feeding or pregnant women, patients with recent family planning; 10. Use of hormones or immunosuppressants; 11. Using drugs that affect muscles or suffering from diseases that affect muscle strength and joint mobility; 12. Restricted joint or muscle activity due to previous trauma or surgery; 13. Planning orthopedic surgery; 14. Any researcher believes that it may pose a safety risk to the subjects of this study, may affect the efficacy or safety evaluation, or may interfere with the medical condition of the study participation.
