研究目的：

本研究基于《失智老年人照护》课程大纲，我们在研究中开发老年人认知能力评估虚拟现实（VR）教学工具，设计失智老年人的记忆康复的VR教学方案，将此VR系统应用于该课程教学，旨在检验VR辅助教学的系统可用性，提高教学情景模拟的沉浸性，提高学生学习的积极性，减少实践课本身的空间限制冲突，多方面模拟真实的工作场景，培养学生精心看护老年人的同理心。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, based on the course outline of Care for Elderly Individuals with Dementia, we developed VR teaching software for the assessment of cognitive ability among elderly individuals, designed a VR teaching program for memory rehabilitation among elderly individuals with dementia, and applied this VR system to the teaching of this course; the aims were to test the system availability of VR-assisted teaching, improve the immersion of teaching scenario simulation, and improve students' learning enthusiasm. As a result, the space limitations of this practical course should be reduced, and real-life work scenes should be simulated in many aspects to cultivate students' empathy to carefully care for elderly individuals.

盲法：

在第一个月，进行基础理论课程的授课教师对研究毫不知情。课程结束后产生的数据由两名人员进行数据的录入并相互检查，发现数据不一致时及时核对，保证数据录入的准确性。为防止可能的偏倚，数据录入的两名人员对研究情况亦并不知情。

Blinding：

In the first month, the teachers who conducted the basic theory course knew nothing about the research. The data generated after the course is completed will be entered by two personnel and checked against each other. If any inconsistency is found, it will be promptly checked to ensure the accuracy of the data entry. In order to prevent possible bias, the two data entry personnel were also unaware of the research situation.
