研究目的：

1.综合BCI、康复机器人和精准定位TBS 技术对神经移位术后脑损伤患者的肢体功能和非流畅性失语进行康复训练，评估其疗效及探讨其可能的中枢调控机制，降低致残率。 2.建立相关神经康复的专家共识、指南、标准或技术规范，希望构建针对脑损伤患者的神经功能重建智能康复体系，并促进成果转化和临床应用推广。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Combined with BCI, rehabilitation robot and precise positioning TBS technology, rehabilitation training was conducted for limb function and non-fluency aphasia of patients with brain injury after nerve transposition, and its curative effect was evaluated and its possible central regulatory mechanism was discussed to reduce the disability rate. 2. To establish expert consensus, guidelines, standards or technical specifications related to neurological rehabilitation, hoping to build an intelligent rehabilitation system for neurological function reconstruction of patients with brain injury, and promote the transformation of results and clinical application and promotion.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往或现阶段存在精神疾患及认知功能障碍者； 2. 恶性肿瘤、重症感染、严重心肺疾病等患者； 3. 存在骨折、肢体严重畸形或关节挛缩者； 4. 严重抑郁（HAMD≥24分）； 5. 体内有金属异物或其它植入体内装置导致患者无法行磁刺激治疗或核磁共振检查； 6. 不愿配合，无法进行测试及评估者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction in the past or at the present stage; 2. Patients with malignant tumors, severe infections, and serious cardiopulmonary diseases; 3. Patients with fracture, limb deformity or joint contracture; 4. Severe depression (HAMD>=24 points); 5. The patient cannot undergo magnetic stimulation therapy or MRI examination due to metal foreign bodies or other implanted devices in the body; 6. Unwilling to cooperate, unable to conduct tests and assessments.
