研究目的：

本研究活动性结核病患者的CT影像，利用深度学习技术对影像特征提取，实现耐药肺结核的早期精准预测，指导个体化治疗方案的制订。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, CT images of patients with active tuberculosis were extracted using deep learning technology to accurately predict drug-resistant tuberculosis and guide the formulation of individualized treatment plans.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①临床及影像学检查证实无活动性肺结核； ②没有进行药敏试验者； ③没有按照纳入标准时间间隔进行CT扫描者； ④资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Clinical and imaging examinations have confirmed no activity of tuberculosis; ② Those who do not conduct drug susceptibility testing; ③ No CT scan; ④ Inadequate information.
