研究目的：

通过历史前瞻性队列研究,与湖北省肿瘤医院合作,通过免疫组化技术检测MLH1,MSH2,MSH6和PMS2四种MMR蛋白在前列腺癌组织切片中的表达情况,观察MMR蛋白的表达状态在前列腺癌中的临床病理联系以及对前列腺癌治疗预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Through a historical prospective cohort study, in cooperation with Hubei Provincial Cancer Hospital, the expression of four MMR proteins (MLH1, MSH2, MSH6 and PMS2) in prostate cancer tissue sections was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the clinicopathological relationship of the expression of MMR protein in prostate cancer and its impact on the treatment prognosis of prostate cancer were observed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.预期寿命小于1年的患者；
2.患有其他肿瘤性疾病的患者；
3.伴有腺癌以外其他病理类型的前列腺癌；
4.接受免疫抑制治疗或有免疫缺陷疾病的患者；
5.严重肝功能损害患者（Child-Pugh C级）；
6.严重肾功能损伤需要长期行透析治疗的患者；
7.严重骨髓抑制、重度中性粒细胞减少症患者；
8.自入组前30天至本研究完成期间参与其他的临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with life expectancy less than 1 year;
2. Patients with other tumor diseases;
3. Prostate cancer with other pathological types other than adenocarcinoma;
4. Patients who have received immunosuppressive therapy or have immune deficiency diseases;
5. Patients with severe liver function damage (Child-Pugh C);
6. Patients with severe renal function injury requiring long-term dialysis treatment;
7. Patients with severe myelosuppression and severe neutropenia;
8. Participate in other clinical studies from 30 days before enrollment to the completion of this study.
