确定乳腺癌患者心血管风险健康促进行为干预内容，形成基于 5As 模型的乳腺癌患者健康促进行为方案。 验证基于 5As 模型的乳腺癌患者健康促进行为方案，提高健康促进行为、生活质量及降低乳腺癌患者心血管风险因素等方面的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the content of cardiovascular risk health promotion behavior intervention for breast cancer patients, and form the breast based on 5As model health promoting behavior program for patients with adenocarcinoma. To verify the health-promoting behavior program for breast cancer patients based on the 5As model, so as to improve their health-promoting behavior and life quality and effectiveness in reducing cardiovascular risk factors in breast cancer patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者除乳腺癌以外，患有其他严重疾病或慢性疾病； 2.患者病情极危重，有生命危险； 3.神志不清或生活不能自理或不合作或伴有精神障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious diseases or chronic diseases other than breast cancer; 2. The patient was critically ill, life is in danger; 3. Persons who are delirious or unable to care for themselves or to cooperate or who are accompanied by mental disorders.
