研究目的：

本研究从改善图像质量和改良深度学习训练过程两方面着手，力图构建基于前列腺MRI的深度学习PCa识别系统。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to improve the image quality and improving the depth learning training process, and tries to build a depth learning PCa recognition system based on prostate MRI.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有前列腺癌治疗史（包括：抗激素治疗、放射治疗、前列腺切除术）； 2.MRI检查之前6个月内有穿刺史； 3.MRI和活检之间的间隔超过2周； 4.最终无法确诊前列腺癌。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of prostate cancer treatment (including: hormone therapy, radiation therapy, prostatectomy); 2. There is a history of puncture within 6 months prior to MRI examination; 3. The interval between MRI and biopsy exceeds 2 weeks; 4. Ultimately, prostate cancer cannot be diagnosed.
