研究目的：

1. 主要目的：观察摄入添加抑吐植提物的5种不同食品对孕期恶心、呕吐、干呕等症状的改善作用、是否可以降低孕期因NVP的入院率和降低妊娠剧吐发生率。 2. 次要目的：观察孕妇NVP和心率变异性的关系，以及孕妇对5种食品的口味接收度和给与量的耐受度。

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To observe the effect of ingesting five different foods with antiemetic plant extract on the symptoms of nausea, vomiting, and retching during pregnancy, whether it can reduce the admission rate of NVP during pregnancy and reduce the incidence of hyperemesis gravidarum. 2. Secondary purpose: To observe the relationship between NVP and heart rate variability in pregnant women, as well as the tolerance of pregnant women to the taste and amount.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 认知功能障碍或心理疾病导致不能理解研究内容的孕妇； 2. 患有恶性肿瘤、急性或亚急性重型肝炎、重症再生障碍性贫血、特发性血小板减少性紫癜、急性阑尾炎、急性胰腺炎、TORCH综合征等重大疾病； 3. 患有慢性疾病，如糖尿病控制不佳、冠心病、高血压控制不佳等； 4. 患有急性或慢性胃肠道疾病； 5. 在孕前已经存在恶心呕吐症状； 6. 存在其他引起恶心呕吐症状的疾病，如葡萄胎； 7. 有严重妊娠期并发症，如剧烈呕吐的孕妇； 8. 已经在采用食物或者生活方式调整来改善妊娠期恶心呕吐； 9. 近期在服用维生素B6、昂丹司琼、泼尼松、中药药物或针灸等方法改善妊娠期恶心呕吐的孕妇； 10. 因为严重妊娠期恶心呕吐已住院的孕妇； 11. 对「抑吐植提复合物」有效成分过敏的孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women with cognitive dysfunction or mental illness that prevent them from understanding the study; 2. Have malignant tumors, acute or subacute severe hepatitis, severe aplastic anemia, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, acute appendicitis, acute pancreatitis, TORCH syndrome and other major diseases; 3. Suffering from chronic diseases, such as poor control of diabetes, coronary heart disease, poor control of hypertension, etc; 4. Have acute or chronic gastrointestinal disease; 5. Nausea and vomiting symptoms already present before pregnancy; 6. The presence of other diseases that cause nausea and vomiting symptoms, such as molar pregnancy; 7. Pregnant women with severe complications during pregnancy, such as severe vomiting; 8. Food or lifestyle modifications have been used to improve nausea and vomiting during pregnancy; 9. Pregnant women who have recently taken vitamin B6, ondansetron, prednisone, traditional Chinese medicine, or acupuncture to improve nausea and vomiting during pregnancy; 10. Pregnant women who have been hospitalized due to nausea and vomiting during severe pregnancy; 11. Pregnant women who are allergic to the active ingredient of interventional foods.

The random sequence was generated by the computer, and seale in an envelope. Adopting a stratified randomization method, pregnant women were classified into three levels based on the initial early pregnancy response score: mild, moderate, and severe.
