研究目的：

1. 对比分析患者自采样与医生采样进行HPV E6/E7 mRNA和HPV DNA检测的结果，评价宫颈自采样进行HPV E6/E7 mRNA和HPV DNA检测的有效性。 2. 评价自采样方法在人群中的应用优势及存在的问题。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Compare and analyze the results of HPV E6/E7 mRNA and HPV DNA detection by patient self-sampled and doctor sampled, and evalate the effectiveness of cervical self-sampling for HPV E6/E7 mRNA and HPV DNA detection. 2. Evaluate the application advantages and existing problems of self-sampling method in population.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.受试者信息不全者。 2.做过宫颈手术，宫颈1/3以上被切除者。 3.有过盆腔放射治疗史。 4.妊娠女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with incomplete information. 2. Had cervical surgery, more than 1/3 of the cervix was removed. 3. Had a history of pelvic radiation therapy. 4. Pregnant subjects.
