研究目的：

上颌窦底提升同期种植术标准的愈合时间为6个月，之后进行上部结构修复。本研究为减少患者缺牙时间，缩短治疗周期，对进行了经牙槽嵴顶上颌窦底提升同期种植治疗的患者，早于术后6个月检测其种植体稳定系数（ISQ），并对稳定性达到标准的种植体进行上部结构修复，随访上颌窦内成骨效果和修复效果，以期为上颌后牙缺失伴骨高度不足的治疗提供一种早期负载的方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The standard healing time for maxillary sinus floor elevation simultaneous implant surgery is 6 months, followed by restoration. In this study, to reduce the duration of edentulism and shorten the treatment period, the implant stability quotient (ISQ) of patients who underwent transcrestal sinus floor elevation with simultaneous implant placement was examined earlier than 6 months after surgery, and the implants that met the stability criteria were restore. The effect of osteogenic regeneration in the maxillary sinus and clinical results of restoration were followed up. This study aims to provide an early loading protocol for the treatment of maxillary posterior teeth loss with insufficient bone height.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）存在种植手术的禁忌症；
2）上颌窦炎、上颌窦囊肿者
3）未经控制的牙周病患者；
4）不愿意参加临床研究或者表示不能按时随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The presence of contraindications to implant surgery; 2. Patients with maxillary sinusitis, maxillary sinus cysts; 3. Patients with uncontrolled periodontal disease; 4. Those who are unwilling to participate in this clinical study or indicate that they cannot be followed up on time.
