研究目的：

本研究的目的是应用QCT测量颌骨重建患者术后移植骨的BMD变化，观察分析BMD是否随着时间发生改变以及与时间是否存在线性关系，BMD变化与性别，年龄是否有着一定的联系。讨论不同缺损部位的患者，例如上颌骨/下颌骨缺损，以及应用不同方式比如腓骨/髂骨进行修复是否都会对术后的BMD变化产生影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to use QCT to measure the changes in BMD of bone grafts after jaw reconstruction, observe and analyze whether BMD changes over time and whether there is a linear relationship with time, and whether BMD changes are associated with gender and age. Discuss if patients with different sites of defect, such as maxillary/mandibular defects, and different methods of repair, such as fibula/iliac crest, influence postoperative BMD changes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 术后发生钛板暴露、感染以及皮瓣未成活等治疗失败者； 2. 患者患有骨代谢疾病； 3. 因某些原因无法接受CT检测的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Failure of titanium plate exposure, infection and non-survival of skin flap after operation; 2. The patient suffers from bone metabolic disease; 3. Patients who cannot receive CT detection for some reasons.
