研究目的：

通过临床大样本随机对照研究，为中医推拿干预腰突症“筋骨评估”评价体系的临床疗效提供证据支持，并创新推拿“诊断-评估-治疗-再评估”诊疗模式。

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled study with a large clinical sample was conducted to provide evidence to support the clinical efficacy of the "tendon and bone assessment" evaluation system for Tui Na intervention in lumbar disc herniation, and to innovate the "diagnosis-assessment-treatment- re-assessment" treatment model for Tui Na.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）合并其它腰椎重大疾病，如肿瘤、结核等；
（2）外伤、手术导致的腰椎急性损伤疼痛；
（3）伴有心血管、肺、肾、造血系统等重大疾病者或精神病患者；
（4）腰椎间盘膨出及脱出，或有腰椎手术史的患者；
（5）孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
（6）1个月内参加过其他临床试验或正在参加其他临床试验者；
（7）不宜进行核磁共振检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combination of other major lumbar spine diseases, such as tumors, tuberculosis, etc.
(2) Acute injury pain of the lumbar spine caused by trauma or surgery.
(3) Those with major diseases of the cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal and hematopoietic systems or patients with mental illness
(4) Patients with bulging and prolapsed lumbar discs, or a history of lumbar spine surgery
(5) Pregnant or lactating women.
(6) Those who have participated in other clinical trials within 1 month or are participating in other clinical trials
(7) Those who are not suitable for MRI examination.
