研究目的：

评估艾司氯胺酮对快速诱导下依托咪酯所致肌震颤和罗哌诱导的回避反应的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess effect of esketamine on etomidate-induced myoclonus and rocuronium-induced withdrawal movements during rapid sequence induction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 存在任何心肺和肝肾功能异常者； 2. 存在任何精神神经系统疾病者； 3. 术前2周内上呼吸道感染； 4. 24小时内使用过镇痛或镇静剂者； 5. 对试验中应用的相关药物过敏； 6. 有酒精或药物滥用史的患者； 7. 患者有严重的低钾血症、高眼压和颅内高压。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are any abnormal cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney function; 2. There are any psycho-nervous system diseases; 3. Upper respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks before surgery; 4. Used analgesia or sedatives within 24 hours; 5. Allergic to the relevant drugs used in the test; 6. Patients with a history of alcohol or drug abuse; 7. The patient had severe hypokalemia, intraocular hypertension and intracranial hypertension.
