研究目的：

探讨动态调节驱动压导向个体化呼气末正压(PEEP)对儿童腹腔镜手术肺不张、氧合及肺保护效果的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of dynamic adjustment of driving pressure (DP) guiding individualized positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) on atelectasis, oxygenation and lung protection in children undergoing laparoscopic surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并先天性心脏病； 2.合并呼吸系统疾病( 肺炎、支气管哮喘等) ； 3.患儿家属拒绝参与本临床试验； 4.既往有肺部手术史； 5.BMI ≥ 19.8 kg /m2。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with congenital heart disease; 2. Combined with respiratory diseases (pneumonia, bronchial asthma, etc.); 3. The family members of the children refused to participate in the clinical trial; 4. Previous history of lung surgery; 5. BMI >= 19.8 kg /m2.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

两名数据管理员分别录入和校对数据，确保数据的准确性。如果发现数据有任何问题，数据主管将要求研究人员澄清。研究结束后，临床研究人员、数据管理人员和统计分析人员将仔细审查已建立的数据库。在对已建立的数据库进行盲审并确认其正确性后，由主要研究人员和统计分析人员对数据进行锁定。被锁定的数据文件将保持不变。这些数据将只用于这个特定的研究项目。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Two data managers entered and proofread data separately to ensure the accuracy of the data. If any problems with the data are found, the data supervisor will ask the researcher for clarification. After the study, the established database will be carefully reviewed by clinical researchers, data managers, and statistical analysts. Data were locked by the principal investigators and statistical analysts after a blind review of the established database and confirmation of its correctness. The locked data file will remain unchanged. These data will be used only for this specific research project.
