研究目的：

观察朗读治疗法（ORLA）同步远程言语康复对卒中后失语症（PSA）患者疗效和生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of ORLA on the efficacy and quality of life of patients with post-stroke aphasia (PSA).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有精神疾病、认知功能障碍、癫痫病史，或行为异常不能配合检查和治疗； 2.视觉、听觉、触觉等功能异常； 3.发病前已有语言障碍或发病后完全性失语； 4.并发其他神经系统疾病，如帕金森病、运动神经元疾病、阿尔兹海默症等； 5.患者及其家属主动要求退出试验； 6.突发不良反应等情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Having a history of mental illness, cognitive impairment, epilepsy, or abnormal behavior, unable to cooperate with examination and treatment; 2. Abnormal vision, hearing, touch and other functions; 3. Have language disorder before the onset or complete aphasia after the onset; 4. Complicated with other neurological diseases, such as Parkinson's disease, motor neuron disease, Alzheimer's disease, etc.; 5. Patients and their families voluntarily request to withdraw from the test; 6. Sudden adverse reactions, etc.
