研究目的：

本研究拟采用现有的气道评估手段探讨老年群体的困难气道可能存在的风险因素及预测指标，用以指导临床。简化评估手段，提高风险评估的准确性。  

Objectives of Study：

Difficult airway This study intends to use the existing airway evaluation methods to explore the possible risk factors and predictive indicators of difficult airway in the elderly population for clinical guidance. Simplify assessment methods and improve the accuracy of risk assessment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）有颌面部严重畸形、创伤和肿瘤；2）已预料的困难气道；3）重要数据丢失的患者。4）不能配合完成检查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Severe maxillofacial deformity, trauma and tumor; 2) anticipated difficult airway; 3) Patients with important data loss. 4) Patients who cannot cooperate to complete the examination.
