评价清金益气颗粒治疗新型冠状病毒感染核酸转阴后诸症（短期症状）的有效性及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qingjin Yiqi Granules for treatment of symptoms (short-term symptoms) after nucleic acid conversion of novel coronavirus infection

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并严重肺部疾病者，如肺部肿瘤、重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺移植、肺切除、肺减容术等；
2. 伴有影响生存的严重基础疾病，包括未被控制的心脏、肾脏、消化、血液病、神经精神疾病、免疫性疾病、代谢性疾病、恶性肿瘤、严重营养不良等；
3. 过敏体质，对治疗方案涉及的药物成分过敏者；
4. 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
5. 正参加其它临床试验者；
6. 根据研究者判断，会出现入组复杂化或依从性不佳等影响疗效及安全性评估的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe lung diseases, such as lung tumor, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung transplantation, lung resection, lung volume reduction, etc.;
2. with serious underlying diseases that affect survival, including uncontrolled heart, kidney, digestive, hematological, neuropsychiatric, immune, metabolic, malignant tumors, severe malnutrition, etc.;
3. Allergic constitution, allergic to the drug ingredients involved in the treatment plan;
4. Pregnant or lactating women;
5. Participants in other clinical trials;
6. According to the judgment of the investigators, there will be patients with complications in enrollment or poor compliance, which will affect the evaluation of efficacy and safety.
