研究目的：

本研究旨在探究右美托咪定对口腔癌皮瓣重建术患者术后恢复质量及皮瓣存活的影响，为口腔癌皮瓣重建术患者术中麻醉用药提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine on postoperative recovery quality and flap survival in patients undergoing oral cancer flap reconstruction, and to provide reference for intraoperative anesthesia in patients undergoing oral cancer flap reconstruction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 体质量指数（BMI）≥ 35 ㎏/m2； 2. 长期服用糖皮质激素者； 3. 麻醉药过敏者； 4. 精神神经疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Body mass index (BMI) >= 35 kg/m2; 2. Long-term use of glucocorticoids; 3. Those who are allergic to anesthetics; 4. People with mental and nervous diseases.
