本试验采用随机安慰剂对照盲法评估的临床试验。将符合入组标准的患者根据事先装在信封中的带涂层的随机数字表按1:1进行分组，奇数进入试验组，偶数进入对照组。

This trial was a randomized placebo-controlled blind clinical trial. Patients meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into 1:1 groups according to the coated random number table in the envelope, with the odd number entering the trial group and the even number entering the control group.
