研究目的：

直接聚焦血脂异常患者，基于健康促进模式探讨其体力活动现状及其影响因素，并通过混合研究方法综合分析影响血脂异常患者体力活动的因素和患者对体力活动的内心真实感受和观点。本研究从生理、心理、社会等多角度提供血脂异常患者体力活动的干预策略，为未来血脂异常患者制定针对性、个性化且科学性的身体活动干预措施提供证据基础，从而指导患者更有效地对疾病进行管理，以提高体力活动水平及其生活质量，对减少CVD发病率、死亡率，以及减少疾病负担具有深远意义。

Objectives of Study：

To directly focuse on patients with dyslipidemia, explored their physical activity status and its influencing factors based on the health promotion model, and comprehensively analyzed the factors affecting physical activity of patients with dyslipidemia and their true feelings and views on physical activity through mixed research methods. This study provides physical activity intervention strategies for patients with dyslipidemia from multiple perspectives such as physiology, psychology and society, and provides evidence basis for formulating targeted, personalized and scientific physical activity intervention measures for patients with dyslipidemia in the future, so as to guide patients to manage diseases more effectively, improve physical activity level and quality of life, and have far-reaching significance in reducing the incidence rate and mortality of CVD, and reducing the burden of disease.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.第一阶段：（1）长期卧床或使用轮椅者；（2）正在参加其他干预性研究；（3）合并精神疾患、智力障碍的患者；（4）患有肌肉骨骼疾病或其他严重影响身体活动能力的疾病。 2.第二阶段：访谈前出现严重躯体或精神症状者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Stage one: (1) Long term bed rest or wheelchair use; (2) Is participating in other intervention studies; (3) Patients with mental disorders and mental disorders; (4) Suffering from musculoskeletal diseases or other diseases that seriously affect the ability of physical activity. 2. Stage two: Those who have severe physical or mental symptoms before the interview.
