Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the remnant Liver-First Strategy strategy for liver autotransplantation in patients with end-stage hepatic alveolar echinococcosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 肝外病灶无法手术切除； 2. 病灶经过阿苯达唑治疗后能够有效控制。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Extrahepatic lesions cannot be surgically removed; 2. The lesion can be effectively controlled after albendazole treatment.
