研究目的：

综合使用EIT和TEE，探究全麻患者不同PEEP值下呼吸和循环参数的变化曲线，从而寻找参考循环呼吸双指标的最优PEEP值的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

EIT and TEE were used comprehensively to explore the change curves of respiratory and circulation parameters under different PEEP values in patients with general anesthesia, so as to find the purpose of the optimal PEEP value for reference to the two indicators of circulation respiration.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）年龄小于16岁或大于65岁；（2）ASA3级及以上；（3）心功能3级及以上 ，存在严重心脏疾病，存在严重容量不足或休克的患者；（4）存在肺大泡等不能耐受较高PEEP患者，存在肺间质纤维化，COPD，哮喘等肺顺应性异常，及其他肺部疾病患者；（5）存在严重的血管病变，自身免疫病的患者；（6）术前合并严重肝肾功障碍的患者；（7）拒绝加入研究患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients younger than 16 years old or older than 65 years old; (2) ASA III and above; (3) Patients with NYHA III or above, severe heart disease, severe volume depletion or shock; (4) Patients with pulmonary bullae and other patients who cannot tolerate higher PEEP, patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, COPD, asthma and other abnormal lung compliance, and other lung diseases; (5) Patients with severe vascular disease and autoimmune diseases (6) Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction before surgery; (7) Patients who refuse to join the study.
