研究目的：

1. 开展我国的青少年脊柱侧凸的流行病学调查，获得不同地区青少年脊柱侧凸患病率，为青少年脊柱畸形的上层决策提供数据基础。 2. 开展多种筛查方案比较的大样本、多中心、人群为基础的人群筛查试验，比较不同筛查方案的脊柱侧凸检出率，建立脊柱侧凸专病队列，基于长期随访，获得并比较脊柱侧凸不同管理方案的预后、手术率等指标。 3. 建立脊柱侧凸人群的前瞻性队列，探索脊柱侧凸的进展风险指标； 4. 针对不同筛查技术和方案开展卫生经济学评价，找到于中国国情的经济、有效的脊柱侧凸筛查新技术和新方案。

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the prevalence of scoliosis among adolescents in different areas, and to provide data basis for the upper decision-making of adolescent spinal deformities. 2. A large sample, multi-center, population-based population screening test was conducted to compare the detection rates of scoliosis in different screening programs and establish a scoliosis specific disease cohort. Based on long-term follow-up, prognostic and surgical rates of different scoliosis management programs were obtained and compared. 3. To establish a prospective cohort of people with scoliosis and explore the risk indicators for progression of scoliosis; 4. Health economics evaluation was carried out for different screening techniques and schemes to find economical and effective new techniques and schemes for scoliosis screening in China.
