Study on the relationship between the expression of NOX1 mediated by succinate and early vascular calcification of CKD by metabonomics

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并有高血压、糖尿病等慢性疾病
2.严重吸烟、喝酒患者
3.患有严重的感染，心功能不全，肝功能不全，脑血管疾病患者排除

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with hypertension, diabetes and other chronic diseases were excluded from this study;
2. severe smoking, drinking patients;
3. Patients with severe heart failure, infection, failure of liver function, cerebrovascular disorder.
