研究目的：

1、利用孕中期早期孕妇的尿液进行蛋白质组学分析，对GDM进行早期预测。 2、探讨GDM发病机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Early second-trimester urinary proteomics for early prediction in the subsequent development gestational diabetes mellitus; 2. Investigation the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes mellitus.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

孕前患有高血压、糖尿病、慢性肝炎、肾炎、甲状腺疾病、内分泌代谢疾病及免疫病、血液病、全身各系统恶性肿瘤、较严重外伤、妊娠合并外科和妇科急腹症及其它慢性病的患者排除在外；利用辅助生殖技术妊娠、多胎妊娠及胎儿先天发育畸形排除在外；吸烟，吸毒、酗酒等。

Exclusion criteria：

Both GDM and control groups included hypertensive disorders, history of T2D,chronic hepatitis,nephritis,thyroid disease, endocrinopathies and metabolic disorders, autoimmunity, blood dyscrasias, tumor, gynecological surgery,assisted reproductive technology treatment, multiple pregnancies, fetal congenital anomalies,smoking,chemical dependency, alcohol, etc.
