研究目的：

探索随着呼吸运动位于不同肺段的肺小结节在CT图像中上下方向位移变化规律；利用数学算法，建立创新性数学模型，在时间线上关联呼吸运动与不同位置肺小结节在上下方向上的变化轨迹，仅通过监测呼吸运动（无创无辐射）来预测肺小结节在上下方向上的变化轨迹；并用验证该模型的可靠性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the movement of small pulmonary nodules located in different lung segments with respiratory movement in CT images; By using mathematical algorithms, an innovative mathematical model is established to correlate the respiratory movement with the change trajectories of pulmonary nodules at different positions in the up and down directions on the time line, and predict the change trajectories of pulmonary nodules in the up and down directions only by monitoring the respiratory movement (non-invasive and non radiation); And verify the reliability of the model.

排除标准：

1. 肺占位行CT引导下穿刺活检的病人，如果肺占位直径大于2cm，则排除在外。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with CT-guided percutaneous biopsy of lung mass are excluded if the lung mass diameter is greater than 2cm.
