研究目的：

主要目的：观察围术期低血压时不同升压药（麻黄碱 vs 去氧肾上腺素）对脑血流量和体循环的影响,，从而指导临床上对血管活性药的选择 次要目的：1.体循环与脑血流量的关系；2.基于红外线光谱的脑氧饱和度指数评估脑血流自动调节与TCD的相关性和一致性  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objectives: To observe the effects of different antihypertensive drugs (ephedrine vs. phenylephrine) on cerebral blood flow and systemic circulation during perioperative hypotension, and thus to guide the clinical selection of vasoactive drugs. Secondary objectives: 1. the relationship between systemic circulation and cerebral blood flow; 2. the correlation and consistency of cerebral blood flow autoregulation with TCD assessed by infrared spectroscopy-based cerebral oxygen saturation index

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)未治疗的缺血性心脏病；严重心血管疾病；
2)休克或血流动力学不稳定；
3)术中非仰卧位患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Untreated ischemic heart disease; severe cardiovascular disease; 2. Shock or hemodynamic instability; 3. Non-supine patients in the operative position.
