探索电针与运动疗法在缓解膝骨关节炎患者疼痛和改善功能上的疗效差异  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluating the effectiveness of electroacupuncture versus exercise in alleviating pain and improving function in patients with knee osteoarthritis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有膝关节手术史或正在等待膝关节手术（膝关节置换或膝关节镜手术）；其他疾病引起的膝部疼痛（如关节游离体、关节腔严重积液、感染、恶性肿瘤、自身免疫疾病、外伤、骨折、痛风、腰骶椎疾病等）；评价关节1年之内有关节镜检查史、近6个月有关节腔注射史；近6月内接受针炎或运动治疗；严重的急性或慢性器质性或精神神经类疾病；凝血功能障碍疾病（如血友病等）；

Exclusion criteria：

Patients will be ineligible if meet the following points: history of knee surgery for the evaluating knee or waiting for any surgery for either knee; knee pain due to other diseases (eg meniscus tear, rheumatoid arthritis, joint cavity infection, malignancy, gout, lumbosacral diseases with symptom of lower extremity, etc.;arthroscopy history within 1 year or intraarticular injection history within 6 months for the evaluating knee; either knee received acupuncture/exercise therapy for the last 6 months; severe acute or chronic organic or neuropsychiatric disorder; disorders of coagulopathy (eg hemophilia); pacemakers or epilepsy; pregnancy preparation, pregnant or lactation period; participated in other clinical studies within the past 1 month.

采用分层区组随机方法，由一名与研究无关的人员通过统计学软件生成随机序列。随机序列由独立的统计人员应用 SAS 9.3版本软件编程产生。

The randomization sequence was generated with the use of statistical software by a person unrelated to the study, with the use of stratified block randomization. Random sequence is generated by independent statisticians using SAS 9.3 software programming.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过纸质CRF表格记录元数据，再由两人交叉核对将数据转录到epidata建立的数据库。数据管理由专人负责。
