Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of Self-help Mindfulness-Base Reduce Stress Training on mental resilience and job burnout of psychiatric medical staff.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：（1）具有宗教信仰的医务人员;（2）患有精神类疾病(由两名或两名以上主任医师根据《ICD-10诊断标准》进行排除);（3）有过长期冥想的经验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Medical personnel with religious beliefs; (2) Suffering from mental diseases (excluded by two or more chief physicians according to ICD-10 Diagnostic Criteria); (3) Experience in long-term meditation.
