研究目的：

探索小潮气量通气策略是否可以减少腹腔镜肝脏部分切除术的失血量和维持术中的气体交换。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of low tidal volume on blood loss and gas exchange during laparoscopic hepatectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.心功能＞2级 2.慢性支气管炎、肺气肿、肺心病、曾有过呼吸衰竭、机械通气、胸内手术史 3.体重指数＞32kg/m2 4.凝血功能异常者 5.精神状态不能合作者，患有精神性疾病、无自制力、不能明确表达者 6.患有神经肌肉疾病者 7.正在参与其它临床试验者 8.拒绝签署知情同意书者

Exclusion criteria：

1. NYHA classification III to IV;
2. chornic bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,respiratory failure, patients after thoracic surgery.
3. BMI＞32Kg/m2;
4. abnormal in blood coagulation function;
5. patients with mental disease;
6. patients with neuromuscular disease;
7. concurrent enrollment in another RCT;
8. absence of written informed consent.
