探讨苯磺酸瑞马唑仑与环泊酚在无痛胃肠镜中的安全性和有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the safety and efficacy of Remazolam besylate and Cyclopol in painless gastroscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已知麻醉药过敏史（苯磺酸瑞马唑仑、环泊酚、咪达唑仑、芬太尼）； 2.慢性肾衰竭（肾小球滤过率<30 ml/min–1）； 3.精神疾病或接受精神药物治疗； 4.缺血性心脏病或二三级房室传导阻滞； 5.哮喘、COPD； 6.酒精、阿片类药物或镇静剂-催眠药物成瘾； 7.肥胖（体重指数（body mass index, BMI）>30 kg/m2）； 8.对研究中使用的药物过敏； 9.操作时间< 15分钟。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known history of allergy to anesthetics (Remazolam benzenesulfonate, Cyclopol, Midazolam, Fentanyl); 2. Chronic renal failure (glomerular filtration rate < 30 ml/min–1); 3. Mental illness or treatment with psychotropic drugs; 4. Ischemic heart disease or second or third grade atrioventricular block; 5. Asthma, COPD; 6. Alcohol, opioid or sedative hypnotic addiction; 7. Obesity (body mass index (BMI) > 30 kg/m2); 8. Allergies to the drugs used in the study; 9. Operation time < 15 minutes.
