研究目的：

本研究拟评价皮质骨片自体骨帐篷植骨术的临床效果，并建立自体骨精准重建重度骨缺损的数字化临床路径，以实现精准、高效、微创、安全地进行骨缺损重建。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of autologous bone grafting with cortical bone blocks and to establish a digital clinical workflow for precise reconstruction of severe bone defects with autologous bone in order to achieve precise, efficient, minimally invasive and safe bone defect reconstruction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有可能对治疗有禁忌的局部或系统性疾病或慢性病者； 2.未受控制的牙周疾病或其他口腔疾病； 3.种植区域有急性感染，局部炎症等； 4.不能配合研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with local or systemic diseases or chronic conditions that may contraindicate treatment; 2. Uncontrolled periodontal disease or other oral diseases; 3. Acute infection in the implant area; (d) those who cannot cooperate with the study or follow-up.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的临床检查指标原始观察记录，数据由医生和护士共同核查，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入原始数据。采用双人双机录入及时、完整地将数据记录入电子表格。每位患者就诊及复查的数据按编号保存存档。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘上。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The investigator recorded the original observations based on the subjects' clinical examination indexes, and the data were verified by both physicians and nurses to load the data into the original data. Data were recorded into spreadsheets in a timely and complete manner using two-person, dual-computer entry. The data of each patient visit and review are kept and achived by number. Electronic data files are kept in categories and have multiple backups saved on different disks.
