研究目的：

探索青少年抑郁障碍发病是否与免疫异常及犬尿氨酸代谢通路异常有关。探索有氧运动治疗青少年抑郁是否通过影响免疫异常及犬尿氨酸代谢通路异常而发挥抗抑郁效应。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether the pathogenesis of adolescent depression is related to immune abnormalities and kynurenine metabolic pathway abnormalities. To explore whether aerobic exercise exerts antidepressant effects on adolescent depression by affecting immune and kynurenine metabolic pathway abnormalities.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 共病以下其他精神疾病：焦虑障碍、器质性情感障碍、物质依赖、精神发育迟滞、精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、创伤后应激障碍、人格障碍等； 2.罹患影响免疫系统的躯体疾病（感染性疾病；哮喘、鼻炎、以及其他过敏性疾病；系统性红斑狼疮、过敏性紫癜、川崎病等自身免疫性疾病；免疫缺陷等）； 3.专业运动员、或患有不适于运动的躯体疾病； 4.目前正在接受抗炎治疗； 5.自杀或伤人风险的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Comorbid the following psychiatric disorders: Anxiety disorder, organic emotional disorders, substance dependence, mental retardation, schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorder, etc.; 2. Got the physical diseases that affect the immune system (infectious diseases; Asthma, rhinitis, and other allergic diseases; Systemic lupus erythematosus, anaphylactoid purpura, Kawasaki disease and other autoimmune diseases; Immune deficiency etc.); 3. Professional athlete, or suffers from a physical disease unfit for exercise; 4. Currently receiving anti-inflammatory medication; 5. The subjects at risk of suicide or assault.
