本研究旨在探讨PKP术后残余腰背痛危险因素，并构建预测模型图  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the risk factors of residual low back pain after PKP and construct a prediction model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.采用单侧入路手术及多节段手术的患者； 2.PKP术后再发OVCF的患者； 3.术中发现或术后复查发现骨水泥渗漏导致严重不良后果的患者； 4.合并其余引起腰背痛疾病比如腰肌劳损、腰椎退行性疾病、脊柱肿瘤、感染等患者； 5.伴有认知障碍的患者； 6.缺乏完整随访的患者； 7.缺少完整治疗资料的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with unilateral approach and multi-level surgery; 2. Patients with recurrent OVCF after PKP; 3. Patients with serious adverse consequences caused by bone cement leakage found during operation or after operation; 4. Combined with other diseases causing low back pain, such as lumbar muscle strain, lumbar degenerative disease, spinal tumor, infection, etc.; 5. Patients with cognitive impairment; 6. Patients without complete follow-up; 7. Patients lacking complete treatment data.
