研究目的：

本研究旨在前瞻性对不同脊柱内镜技术治疗DLSS进行疗效分析，以对DLSS脊柱内镜治疗策略的制定提供一定的理论依据  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to prospectively analyze the efficacy of different spinal endoscopic techniques for DLSS, so as to provide certain theoretical basis for the formulation of spinal endoscopic treatment strategies for DLSS.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准： 1.合并严重基础疾病，如心力衰竭、慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期、恶性肿瘤，接受抗凝治疗或凝血机制障碍； 2.合并精神病或其他认知障碍疾患、影响功能评价； 3.资料不完整或随访少于6个月； 4.既往曾有腰椎手术史、病变部位腰椎病理性骨折、肿瘤、感染； 5.有感染或占位病变； 6.妊娠、哺乳期妇女，依从性差而不能积极功能锻炼者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe underlying diseases, such as heart failure, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, malignant tumor, receiving anticoagulant therapy or coagulation mechanism disorder; 2. Patients with psychosis or other cognitive disorders, affecting the functional evaluation; 3. Incomplete data or less than 6 months of follow-up; 4. Previous history of lumbar surgery, pathological fracture, tumor, infection of the lumbar spine at the lesion site; 5. Patients with infection or space-occupying lesions; 6. Pregnant and lactating women, poor compliance and can not actively function exercise.
