（1）诊断不明确、临床或影像资料不齐全。（2）不符合上述心脑血管事件纳入标准。（3）病历资料缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The diagnosis is not clear and the clinical or imaging data are not complete; 2. It does not meet the above inclusion criteria for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events; 3. Medical record data is missing.
