研究目的：

通过右美托咪定联合七氟烷预处理与单独七氟烷预处理组比较，对CPB下行瓣膜置换术的患者的心肌酶指标、炎性指标、术后恢复指标的影响，来寻找更好的保护心肌缺血再灌注损伤的药物处理方式，为临床用药提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the comparison between dexmedetomidine combined with sevoflurane pretreatment group and sevoflurane pretreatment group alone, the effects of dexmedetomidine combined with sevoflurane pretreatment group on myocardial enzyme indexes, inflammatory indexes and postoperative recovery indexes of patients undergoing valve replacement under CPB were investigated to find a better drug treatment method to protect myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and provide evidence for clinical drug use.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.CPB停机失败需再次CPB者； 2.术后再次手术者； 3.DEX使用禁忌者； 4.体重指数≥28者； 5.拒绝参加实验者； 6.急诊手术者； 7.NYHA心功能分级大于Ⅳ级者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who need CPB again after the failure of CPB stoppage; 2. Those who have re-operation after surgery; 3. Those with contraindications to the use of DEX; 4. those with body mass index ≥ 28; 5. those who refused to participate in the experiment; 6. Emergency surgery; 7. NYHA cardiac function classification greater than class IV.

本实验拟采用完全随机设计方法，60个号码根据计算机系统随机分为两组，将每个号码对应组的药物配方（右美托嘧啶或同体积的生理盐水）写于该编号卡片背面，并将卡片密封于不透光的信封里。患者进入手术室时护士随机抽取一个信封，根据信封里卡片提示配药
