研究目的：

验证上海励楷科技有限公司生产的颅内血管支架Cyllene与栓塞弹簧圈配合用于颅内动脉瘤受试者介入治疗的安全性和有效性

Objectives of Study：

To verify the safety and effectiveness of intracranial vascular stent Cyllene produced by Shanghai Lee Kai Technology Co., Ltd. combined with embolization coil in the interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysm subjects

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 梭形动脉瘤，夹层动脉瘤，假性动脉瘤，血泡样动脉瘤，感染性动脉瘤，动静脉畸形相关动脉瘤，烟雾病相关动脉瘤；
2. 目标动脉瘤既往接受过血管栓塞或支架植入治疗；
3. 合并有与目标动脉瘤无关的颅内血肿或脑肿瘤等占位性病变；
4. 颅内动脉严重狭窄或迂曲，或解剖异常，预估器械难以到达病变部位；
5. 拟一年内行其他颅内病变治疗者；
6. 同一支架不能完全覆盖的多发动脉瘤；
7. 血小板(PLT)<60×109/L或/和抗凝、抗血小板治疗禁忌者；
8. 支架植入前未服用抗血小板药物的受试者；
9. 受试者既往明确镍钛合金、铂铱合金材料过敏史；
10. 血管造影或MRI、CT检查禁忌者；
11. 有活动性感染的证据；
12. 受试者评估预期寿命＜12个月，无法完成研究随访；
13. 妊娠或哺乳期的女性，或未来一年内有生育计划的女性；
14. 经研究者判断不适合使用颅内血管支架进行颅内动脉瘤栓塞手术治疗；
15. 正在参加其它药物或器械的研究；
16. 受试者不能配合完成要求的检查和随访或研究判断不适合入选的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Fusiform aneurysms, dissection aneurysms, pseudoaneurysms, vesicular aneurysms, infectious aneurysms, arteriovenous malformation related aneurysms, moyamoya disease related aneurysms;
2. The target aneurysm has previously received vascular embolization or stent implantation;
3. Complicated with space-occupying lesions such as intracranial hematoma or brain tumor unrelated to the target aneurysm;
4. Severe intracranial artery stenosis or tortuosity, or anatomical abnormalities, estimated that it is difficult to reach the lesion site;
5. Patients who plan to receive treatment for other intracranial lesions within one year;
6. Multiple aneurysms that cannot be completely covered by the same stent;
7. Platelet (PLT)<60×109/L or/and anticoagulation, antiplatelet therapy contraindoed;
8. Subjects who did not take antiplatelet drugs before stent implantation;
9. The subject has a clear history of allergies to Nitinol and platinum-iridium alloys;
10. Contraindicated angiography, MRI, CT;
11. Evidence of active infection;
12. Subjects with an estimated life expectancy of less than 12 months could not complete the study follow-up;
13. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or who plan to give birth within the next year;
14. The researchers judged that it was not suitable to use intracranial vascular stents for the embolization of intracranial aneurysms;
15. Participating in the study of other drugs or devices;
16. Subject is unable to cooperate in completing the required examination and follow-up or for other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the study.
