研究目的：

明确口腔修复生物膜联合神经生长因子在牙槽外科术中下牙槽神经血管外露的保护及修复的安全性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the safety and effectiveness of oral repair membrane combined with nerve growth factor in the protection and repair of inferior alveolar nerve vascular exposure during alveolar surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.空腹血糖≥8mmol/L的糖尿病患者； 2.严重心脑血管疾病； 3.自身免疫疾病； 4.被临床诊断为精神焦虑、过度敏感的患者； 5.治疗部位伤口感染或组织坏死； 6.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 7.未来6个月有生育意愿； 8.对材料来源过敏者； 9.因宗教信仰不可接受者； 10.三个月内有参加过其他临床试验者； 11.不愿意参加本试验的患者，术前未拍摄CBCT的患者； 12.研究者认为不适合入组的其他病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Except for not conforming to the above content; 2. Fasting blood glucose >= 8mmol/L in diabetic patients; 3. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 4. Autoimmune disease; 5. Patients with clinical diagnosis of mental anxiety and hypersensitivity; 6. Wound infection or tissue necrosis at the treatment site; 7. A woman who is pregnant or breastfeeding; 8. Wish to have children in the next 6 months; 9. Allergic to the source of the material; 10. Not to be received due to religious beliefs; 11. Have participated in other clinical trials within three months; 12. Patients who were not willing to participate in this study and did not have CBCT taken before surgery; 13. Other cases deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigators.
