研究目的：

围术期应用右美托咪定，完善神经外科手术患者术后镇痛效果，降低血清内皮素水平，改善缺血区脑血流灌注达到脑保护作用，并保护患者的免疫功能。  

Objectives of Study：

Dexmedetomidine may improve analgesic effects of perioperative patients after neurosurgery , reduce the level of serum endothelin in order to improve cerebral blood flow perfusion in ischemic area to protect the brain and protect the immune function of patients

α2 肾上腺素能受体激动剂

Alpha 2 adrenergic receptor agonists 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

术前无感染、免疫和内分泌系统疾病，未做放、化疗和输血治疗，未接受任何药物（包括免疫调节剂）治疗

Exclusion criteria：

patients without preoperative infection, immune and endocrine system disease, radiotherapy and chemotherapy and blood transfusion treatment, did not receive any drug (including immunomodulator treatment)
