研究目的：

本研究的目的是评估完全机器人脾切除联合贲门周围血管离段术(TRSPD)治疗门脉高压症的可行性、有效性和安全性，并将其与完全腹腔镜脾切除联合贲门周围血管离段术(TLSPD)进行比较。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility, efficacy, and safety of total robotic splenectomy combined with pericardial devascularization(TRSPD) for Portal Hypertension, comparing this approach with the total laparoscopic splenectomy combined with pericardial devascularization technique(TLSPD).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)不同意TRSPD或TLSPD的患者;
2)有手术禁忌症，无法完成手术的患者;
3)未行心包离断术的患者;
4)患有肝细胞癌或其他恶性肿瘤的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients who disagree with TRSPD or TLSPD. 2) Patients who present contraindications to surgery and are unable to complete the procedure. 3) Patients who did not undergo pericardial devascularization. 4) Patients who had hepatocellular carcinoma or any other malignancy
