研究目的：

明确术中间歇性膨肺对于Trendelenburg体位下腹腔镜肠癌根治术老年患者能否改善氧合功能，增加肺动态顺应性，减少术后肺不张等肺部并发症，改善患者预后的可行性、有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine whether intermittent lung expansion can improve oxygenation function, increase lung dynamic compliance, reduce pulmonary complications such as postoperative atelectasis, and improve the feasibility, efficacy and safety of patients with laparoscopic radical bowel cancer resection in Trendelenburg's positional position.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并多种慢性疾病不能耐受手术及麻醉者； 2. 有长期吸烟病史； 3. 严重心、肝、肾功能不全者； 4. 入手术室静息状态下动脉血氧饱和度（SpO2）≤95%患者； 5. 既往有COPD、支气管哮喘、肺气肿、肺大泡、支气管扩张、自发性气胸患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with multiple chronic diseases who cannot tolerate surgery and anesthesia; 2. A long history of smoking; 3. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; 4. Arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2) <=95% when entering the operating room at rest; 5. Patients with COPD, bronchial asthma, emphysema, pulmonary bullae, bronchiectasis and spontaneous pneumothorax in the past.
