证实ICU转出患者PICS症状发展中的异质性，识别出潜在的发展轨迹亚类，明确症状轨迹相关风险因素及其与患者短期预后的关系  

Objectives of Study：

To confirm heterogeneity in the development of PICS symptoms in patients transferred out of the ICU, identify potential developmental trajectory subclasses, and identify risk factors associated with symptom trajectory and their relationship to patient short-term outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有精神疾病、意识障碍；
2.听力或表达障碍，无法正确理解问卷内容。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous mental illness, disorder of consciousness;
2. Hearing or expression disorders, unable to correctly understand the content of the questionnaire.
