研究目的：

对比经阴道自然腔道内镜和传统腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术的临床疗效，明确经阴道自然腔道内镜卵巢囊肿剥除术的安全性、有效性.  

Objectives of Study：

To to compare the surgical outcome of cystectomy by vaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery(vNOTES) and laparoscopy and demonstrate the feasibility, safety and advantages of cystectomy via vNOTES.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①年龄小于18岁或大于45岁；
②否认性生活者；
③急性盆腔炎病史；
④盆腔手术史；
⑤严重子宫内膜异位症患者，包括妇科检查或影像学提示子宫直肠窝子宫内膜异位症、阴道直肠间隙子宫内膜异位症、血清CA-125≥40IU/L；
⑥肿瘤直径大于10cm,或双侧卵巢肿瘤，或怀疑卵巢恶性肿瘤者；
⑦生殖道畸形患者；
⑧妊娠妇女；
⑨合并严重内科疾病不适合手术者。
⑩合并严重精神疾病不能配合治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who meet any of the follows were excluded: 1. Paitent is less than 18 or more than 45 years old. 2. Virginity. 3. A history of pelvic inflammatory disease. 4. A history of pelvic surgery. 5. Complicated with severe endometriosis, including rectovaginal endometriosis and Douglas endometriosis indicated by physical, MRI examination and serum cancer antigen 125 (CA-125) >=40IU/L. 6. Tumor diameter greater than 10cm; bilateral ovarian tumor; or suspected malignancy. 7. Genital tract malformation. 8.pregnancy; 9. Patient suffering form severe internal diseases or psychiatric disorders is nor eligible for surgery.
