研究目的：

结构化数据、半结构化数据和非结构化数据往往以不同的格式和模型存储，而多模态数据库系统尝试用单一的数据库平台来管理这些数据，将病人的所有数据整合为一个数据库。将所有患者的影像学信息纳入多模态数据库，能大大提高对影像数据特征挖掘和分析的能力，能更好地辅助制定临床治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Structured data, semi-structured data, and unstructured data are often stored in different formats and models, while multimodal database systems attempt to manage these data with a single database platform, integrating all patient data into one database. Incorporating the imaging information of all patients into the multimodal database can greatly improve the ability to mine and analyze the characteristics of imaging data, and can better assist in formulating clinical treatment plans.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并感染性疾病；合并遗传性疾病（如马凡综合征）；之前接受过主动脉腔内修复术（TEVAR）；以及其他原因无法手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

Combined with infectious diseases; Combined with hereditary diseases (such as Marfan syndrome); Endoaortic repair (TEVAR) received before; And unable to operate for other reasons.
